For more than two decades, Tony has handled serious injury, trial, and complex litigation matters in state and federal courts across Texas. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of licensed Texas attorneys, and Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Tony earned his personal injury trial certification at just 32, about as early as the rules allow. That detail matters. It shows the direction his career took early: trial-focused, pressure-tested, and built around serious cases from the start.

Tony is also a frequent speaker and course director for Texas legal education programs. Tony’s background also extends beyond personal injury law. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, the Designated Broker of Texas Land Brokers, LLC, and a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission Broker-Lawyer Committee.
He has participated in hundreds of real estate transactions and handled real estate litigation involving seller disclosures, oil and gas reservations, breach of contract, specific performance, broker duties, DTPA claims, and negligence claims involving title companies, inspectors, surveyors, appraisers, and related professionals.
He also serves on the Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 Board of Directors.
